Check this out, I re-organized all my closets, did all the laundry and put it away (one of my most loathed tasks), cleaned the bathrooms (another loathed task), mopped the floors (another loathed task) and vacuumed the whole apartment in a fit of cleaning that even had me tired but surprised. I'm the kind of cleaner that does bits here and there, a room today, another room tomorrow. But today I actually did the whole house in one clean sweep. Go me!
Now if only our landlord would let us paint, I would have the field day. I found some great house painting ideas here that had me almost...almost want to pick up the brush.

OMG that entryway, with the black trim??? man, if you could eat paint, i would gobble that up! it looks fantastic.
painting is fun, too. i love doing it. my living room is icy blue, my kitchen a slightly darker blue (like a cornflower), my bedroom is wasabi green and my bathroom will soon be a pinky-peach color.
my roommate is going to move out soon, so i will get to paint her bedroom and bath, too!!! EEK! can't wait.
