I haven't been to the gym in about 3 weeks and my body is really feeling it. It seems like about 3 months ago i feel off the wagon and now i only go when i have to which is never or when i have time which is also never. I am thinking of getting one of those machines or a dip bar so that at least my upper body remains on point but i am too lazy to do even that and so i sit here and type about how i never go to the gym and how i am never going to lose those 10 pounds
so sad
so very very sad.
