Losing weight and gaining weight. I have no idea where to begin but sometimes i think of all the options out there to lose weight and i'm forced to just sit and chill and consider it all. seriously
anyways so this is where i am right now thinking about this new drug phentermine diet pill and wondering who will sign up to use it and who will go to the gym and who will decide to just have their innards cut out

True story

I lost 7 pounds, that is the truth. I lost 7 pounds it was this huge scare in which i thought my insides were going to kill mii and so i started eating alot of fiber every day about 20 - 30 grams of fiber to be exact and i drank a lot of water daily and make sure that my last meal occurred before 7pm and that is what i did and i lost weight, it wasn't planned or anything like that
it just happened
so this a true story about one of the diets that work

I want to travel, i want to get lost somewhere in the middle of this continent and have only the sunset as a constant. i want to forget time and space and focus on the little things in life that i don't understand. so  i need to start looking at some travel deals because right now there are so many that i don't even know if they are legit or if they are just money scamming deals.

What is the best way to burn fat, my wonderful sig fig, also known as my wonderful cool significant other also known as my manfriend has had a couple of shifts where he is in charge of cleaning the doughnut factory and there is something about all that grease. So i guess i should boycott donuts and instead look more and maybe invest money into  weightloss diet pills

think about it and then think about it again, would they really tell you what the best thing for you is, do you really expect the company that is selling the item to have the best review or would it be a third party, for instance think about lipofuze reviews do you think they are skewed by the manufacturer to get you to buy the product or do you choose to believe that it is really as nice as they say it is. think about it and think again

hmmm i think that works, not what i am really trying to say but it works better than the first sentence. but yeah as i saying obesity increases your risk of alot of diseases so it would be wise if you are overweight or obese to look into free weight loss programs that exist

i have an ipod touch when i think about life before the it i must admit that there is little that comes to mind, is it replaceable? yes i am very sure that at some point a new ipod will be created or a new iphone that will revolutionize the way things are done but until then i have to admit that i like what i do have, there is the ipod nano and the ipod shuffle, i like the shuffle because it is small and cute and it seamlessly fits into places and it is just there, i like that.

i have an uncle that has one of those airport jobs just to get by, he has a master's degree in something but at nights in order to pay the bills he works in the cleaning department for the airport, that is the kind of man that he is and do i think less of him, hell no he is doing an honest job that needs to be done just in order to feed to his family and there is dignity in that, there is pride in knowing that he isn't taking hand out because he is too lazy to work

dreams

so in my dream apartment there is no furniture in the living room, hmmm let me think about that again, okay so maybe there is some furniture maybe i can have a modern sofa in my living room, but i have always dreamnt of the empty space just being there, just existing, i don't know the more i think about it the more i think that i will have a wall with a huge wall paper that is a painting or landscape and then my bed will also exist and my blender

i don't know what is the advantage of  Nikon binoculars when you want to go bird watching, what is the need for an outdoor fire thingy seriously when you think of the amount of bugs that live outside why would you decide to do something like that. so yeah i'm more of the whole indoor option which instead allows one to sit on the carpet and see the fireplace. but then the problem is where does the smoke go, and so yeah i'm not sure which way it would go but yeah i think an imitation fireplace might just work after all
